How it Works

Register as a client of our law firm, by clicking here. There is no cost to do this. We will do a conflicts of interest check to make sure that we have not already registered your spouse, as we can only represent one party. You must be a District of Columbia resident or have a matter that is within the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia in order to use our services. As part of the registration process, you must accept our Limited Retainer Agreement.

After you are accepted as a client of the firm you will have access to your own My Legal Affairs secure Web space. Within this secure space, you can:

• purchase completed legal documents together with legal advice
• purchase legal advice
• communicate with your attorney on a secure basis
• upload documents that you have received from other parties for our review
• archive copies of your completed documents
